BitOK is a B2C and B2B solution that provides fully-automated real-time AML screening of cryptocurrency transactions, comprehensive portfolio tracking, and tax reporting tools.
B2C users (investors/traders/miners/holders) get a portfolio tracker which collect information about all assers (inluding NFTs) in one place, enables real-time monitoring of AML risks, allows to get advanced trading analytics, form tax reports and other documents.
B2B clients, including banks, exchanges and platforms, get the Compliance as a Service solution and save weeks on AML and origin of their users' funds checks. In addition, regular companies that deal with crypto get a reliable tool for checking third-party addresses and accounting for salaries paid in crypto.
Upcoming tasks:
- Develop and execute strategies to expand BitOK's reach within the banking industry.
- Identify new business opportunities and pursue leads to build partnerships with financial institutions, banks, and other stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the banking industry.
- Collaborate with product teams to develop and deliver solutions that meet the needs of banks and other financial institutions.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to contract negotiation and signing.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the banking industry, including regulatory requirements, market trends, and competitive landscape.
- Represent BitOK at industry events and conferences.
Our expectations from the candidate:
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field.
- Fluent knowledge of English and Russian languages.
- 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, with a focus on the banking industry.
- Strong existing relationships and network within the banking industry.
- Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and driving growth.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
